MODEL:
TYPE SV 30 of SCHÄFER Trennwandsysteme GmbH.
DESIGN:
Melamine-resin coated chipboard with ABS-bands in
conjunction with anodized or colour-coated alu-minium
profiles.
WALLS AND DOORS:
Melamine-resin coated chipboard, 30 mm thick, bonded by
V20-E1. Surface minipearl. All visible edges are coated with
coloured ABS-bands, edges slightly rounded.
CONSTRUCTION:
Wall- and partition wall connections are by means of
aluminium-U-profiles over the complete height of element. An
enclosing aluminium headrail, 47 x 27 mm, edges slightly
rounded, runs along the top of the front panel to lend
stability to the system.
Aluminium door striker strips with integral rubber strips
for silent operation.

HARDWARE:
Two maintenance-free screwed-on nylon hinges with inner,
galvanised steel core.
Fully galvanised lock with latch and bolt. An U-shaped
safety handle of unbreakable nylon with ro-settes, an olive
latch and, on the outside, a vacant/engaged indicator and an
emergency unlocking device.
FEET:
Round aluminium tubing, 18 mm diameter, with plastic sleeve
and covering rosette. Floor fixing by means of doweled
screws.
STANDARD ACCESSORIES:
One coat hook and one antinoise rubber buffer per cubicle.
COLOURS:
Panels and hardware according to manufacturer’s colour-chart.
All profiles aluminium anodised or powder coated according
to manufacturer’s colour-chart.
HEIGHT:
Standard height 200 cm incl. 15 cm floor clearance.
